These terms describe how Cirkl works today. They are written to match the product, not as attorney-reviewed legal advice. South African law applies.
Who we are
Cirkl (cirkl.co.za) is a demand-capture product for South African appointment businesses. Nate operates the software. The business that runs a Page is responsible for that Page, its bookings, and how it uses client details.
What you get
- Audit is free. No Google login and no card.
- A free Page includes one staff member, a public
/s/[slug]URL, and email confirmations. - Bookings is R299 per month, or R249 per month billed annually, VAT-inclusive. No booking fee. Extra locations are included.
- New Bookings accounts can start a 14-day trial with no card. After 14 days, Bookings features turn off unless you subscribe.
Money
Owner subscriptions are collected on Our Paystack. Client funds never flow through Cirkl. If you turn on online client pay, you paste your own Paystack or Yoco keys. Default is pay at venue. Cancel stays active until the next billing date; the free Page remains.
Your Page and clients
You are responsible for the accuracy of your hours, prices, and copy, and for how you use client names, phone numbers, and emails. Bookings and enquiries need a privacy-notice accept. Marketing consent is optional and off by default. See the privacy notice.
Acceptable use
Do not use Cirkl to spam, impersonate another business, or store unlawful content. We may suspend an account that harms other users or the service.
